Included in the registration fee: Congress material, access to all relevant meeting sessions, coffee/tea during breaks, lunches where applicable according to meeting, access to opening ceremony, welcome reception and exhibition.

Way of payment

• All payments are on-line credit card payments
• Accepted credit cards are: VISA and MasterCard
• On-line payments are guaranteed through secured site

Cancellation policy

• Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to Sena at nfs2026@sena.is.
• Cancellations received on or before 14 June 2026 will incur a service fee of 13.000 ISK.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after 14 June 2026.
• The organizers shall not be held liable for any financial loss arising from fluctuations in currency exchange rates.
